Thank you for shopping at Metrotalk. We will accept return requests for products unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging with all original accessories, literature and other components. Metrotalk reserves the right to reject any return if the product is received damaged or if any accessories, literature, or other original components are missing.

The return request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.


We will NOT accept return requests for speaker mics and accessories that insert into the ear under any circumstances, unless such product is Dead on Arrival. The return request must be made withing 48 hours of the delivery date.


All software sales are final. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges for software.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained prior to returning the product. To request an RMA number, please email [email protected] or call 1-800-268-4098 x1003 and provide the following information:

Upon receipt of the RMA number, send the product/s to:

Please, mark the outside of the package with the RMA number. Place a copy of the original purchase invoice and credit card purchase receipt with the product inside the package.

Products received that do not meet the above return instructions will be returned to the customer via UPS ground.

After you have received your RMA number, we will email you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and affix to your package. You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We will deduct the return shipping cost from your refund.

Returns are subjected to a 10% restocking fee.

Refund

Once we receive the returned product, our team will review your request and inspect the product. We will send you and email to confirm that we have received your product and are processing your request. We will follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.

If approved, the amount paid for the product minus the return shipping cost and minus the 10% restocking fee will be refunded to your original method of payment within 10 days.
