Shipping Policy
Welcome to MetroTalk! We appreciate your business. Below are
the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy.
Order Processing and Shipping Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-10 business
days, Monday through Friday, between 10 am and 5 pm Eastern Time (ET). Orders
are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
MetroTalk ships exclusively within the United States. We do
not ship to P.O. boxes. Shipping rates are determined based on the weight of
your products and your location. During checkout, you will have the option to
choose between the available shipping methods, and the rate will be calculated
and displayed.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your UPS
tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. We use UPS for all deliveries.
Shipment Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
- UPS Ground: 1-6 business days
- UPS
2nd Day Air: 2 business days
Back Orders
If an item is on back order, we will ship the in-stock items
first. Once the back-ordered item becomes available, it will be shipped
separately at no additional cost.
Insurance
MetroTalk is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. Insurance is available for orders valued between $300 and $49,999. If you choose to add insurance at checkout and your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and provide pictures of the damaged items.
