Thank you for shopping at Metrotalk. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order processing and shipping time.

All orders are processed and shipped withing 1-6 business days Monday through Friday, between 10 am and 5 pm Eastern Time (ET) Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Metrotalk ships only to addresses within the U.S. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. You will have the option to choose between the two shipment methods described below and the rate will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once you order has shipped containing your UPS tracking number(s)

We use UPS to deliver our orders.

Back orders

If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.


Metrotalk is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. We offer the option to add insurance to the order at checkout. The insurance applies to orders with a minimum of $300 and a maximum of $49,999. If you paid for insurance with your order and you received your order damaged, notify us immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and provide pictures of damaged boxes and products.
